If the graphite ring is broken, the graphite ring must be replaced as follows:
1. Loosen the four bolts of the mold and remove the mold from the mold table;
2. Remove the three O-ring seals, and unscrew the pressure ring with a special tool to remove the adapter plate.
3. Loosen the two inner hexagon bolts of the mold and divide the mold into two pieces. Pay attention to remove an O-ring between the two molds;
4. Invert and rotate the upper ring of the mould on a small rotating table, and heat the mould with a liquefied petroleum air gun until the graphite ring falls off;
5. Put the upper ring of crystallizer and turn on the new graphite ring. Add something to press the graphite ring.
6. After the natural cold zone, pack back all materials and clean up. Pay attention to the position of O-ring.
